As a key member of the HR team, based at our offices in Witney, you will manage the day to day running of our HR Administration function which supports 350 employees. You will supervise our two HR Administrators and run an efficient and effective administration support to the Section and its customers.
You will be educated to NVQ level 3/HNC level or equivalent with previous supervisory experience gained in a busy office either within the private or public sector.
We will expect you to develop and deliver our internal service level agreements and manage the office workload to meet deadlines and targets. Your excellent administrative and organisational skills will be put to the test. To achieve success in this role it is vital you have well developed IT skills including spreadsheets, data manipulation and reporting.
